Cody Ball v. H.J. Heinz, Grand Prairie Logistics, Steve Garza & ES3 — [Defense] — boxes of product collapsed, injuring the plaintiff; forensic analysis of causes and specifications.
Thomas Enoch v. Jerich USA — [Plaintiff] — a bathtub in a corrugated box was delivered by liftgate truck; the handholds gave way during unloading and the plaintiff fell.
Brey C. Rasco v. American Outdoor Brands — [Plaintiff] — packaging for a hatchet failed and caused injury.
